You mean anal prep? Every girl is different & prepares based on their preferences & how used to anal they are. Personally, I don’t do solid food for 48 hours before. Only broth & liquid. I also enema the night before & the morning of. I also put in a butt plug during hair & makeup. That’s just me, every girl is different.
